  I don't know who Sharrie Drive is, however I am Sharrie williams. I love the store and I love the people that own it. I have been knowing them for a long time and have always been satisfied with their work and their hospitality. Most of all they are very trustworthy. If you are looking for quality product, I suggest you shop at Mega Gems!!

  They are amazing! Frank knows what he's doing and is very reasonably priced. I took an old, dinged up men's ring to them to be engraved and they even smoothed out the edges! No other jeweler was willing to smooth it or even engrave it. I couldn't be more pleased with their work!

  BUYER BEWARE: I bought a 3 carat diamond cluster ring from Frank, all the while being told what a deal I was getting! It came with an appraisal of 5489.00. Recently, I gave the ring to a jeweler in New York for a trade. Their appraisal of the ring was 2.5 carats, with a replacement value of 3000.00. When calling to speak to Frank about the discrepancy, he was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. When I called to come in and see how he appraised the ring, he said he would not speak with me. He simply threatened me that if I posted anything negative online to "be careful, because the last person to do that paid me a lot of money". I called, and took the appraisals in to speak to the co-owner, since Frank would not speak with me. I asked him to measure the ring with me and show me how they came up with the value. He began, then got very defensive, and then said they would not discuss the matter any further, and I left. I took the ring to a third jeweler, who gave the ring an appraisal of 2.79 carats with a value of 3000 as well. Very confusing, but do not trust the inflated appraisals - the standard is around 20% over actual value and this was over 90%. This just means that they can sell you the piece ABOVE replacement value, while you're thinking you're getting a great deal!
