  Have been looking for a dog for a while and we decided to go here but when walking in several times I didn't feel welcomed at all by staff. Once we found a few we liked they looked up info about the dog and most had 25+ applications on one dog. Their process is rediculious and a waste of time.

  I'm glad that they do temperament testing, but I'm not exactly the most thrilled with their policy. I feel that spaying and neutering is important, but you can't leave the facility with the animal you have chosen until it is spayed or neutered. It can take a week or more for that to happen. After surgery you pick the animal up and take it home for the first time, which to me seems to be a whole lot of extra stress for the animal and the adopter. Plus taking a new dog to a home with children for the first time, fresh out of surgery, it's just hard. This process also is frustrating for out of county adopters.

  Brought in a kitten that I found in the neighborhood, it was sick and I struggled with what to do with it. The staff that I dealt with and asked for help were beyond rude. Thoroughly disappointed with how I was treated.
